Shipping and Pickup Policy

Shipping availability

We currently ship food related products only within Alaska. Chicken and turkey eggs are available for pickup only and cannot be shipped.

Eligible nonfood products can be shipped to all 50 states. Shipping options depend on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Shipping cost and processing

Standard shipping is $15 for qualifying orders. Larger orders that require a larger box may have a higher shipping charge. Your shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

We usually mail shipping orders by the next business day. Delivery time after mailing depends on the carrier and destination.

Free local pickup

All products are available for free pickup at Napa Parking Lot. After you place your order, we’ll contact you to arrange a meeting time. Please wait for confirmation before coming to pick up your order.
